Mary Duckett and Bryan O’Connor established DGR Consulting in 1990. Our first offices overlooked these botanic garden gates in Macquarie Street Sydney.
From the beginning our vision has been to work collaboratively with our clients to make a difference in the world.
We are passionate about both results and people. We have implemented within our own business the same innovative tools, techniques and initiatives that we have partnered with our clients.
We have been recognised by being runners up in national business awards, and our work has been cited as exemplars of best practice.
We help people: develop practical plans that focus on results; create performance indicators that measure what is important, not just what is easy to measure; lead with strength, integrity and humanity; and coach for change rather than bark orders.
We stand up against bullying and harassment, and help people create vibrant workplaces that celebrate achievement, and are inclusive for all.
Bryan O’Connor specialises in business planning, performance measurement, and implementing cost savings. He also directs our leadership coaching practice. He combines a deep focus on high performance and results with a commitment to light touch leadership that empowers people to make a difference.
