A face to face hands on workshop where you will gain:

  • DGR’s three step approach to the development of performance indicators;
  • case studies to explore and practice the concepts before applying in the real world;
  • application to the development of performance indicators for your organisation, program or funded output;
  • feedback from peers; and
  • expert feedback from the program facilitator.

Participants each receive a workshop workbook and handbook. The workbook includes copies of all slides and exercises. The handbook documents the content covered in the program and enables participants to review and reinforce their understandings after the program.

Participants leave the face to face workshop with draft indicators which have been developed and refined. Participants can come from a single Branch, Division, across an agency, or from a cross portfolio initiative.

Following the workshop follow-up support is available to document and refine the agreed performance indicators.
