You will receive online a package containing the pre-reading, a short PowerPoint presentation of the key concepts and the slides I used, a handout of my slides so you can take notes, and a copy of any tools we advocate using. In addition, you can join the next group and participate in the missed session with that group.

Do I need to do homework and assignments?

The program is designed so you can simply turn up to each session, dive in and gain extraordinary skills.

Equally other people can do pre-reading and extra practice outside the sessions, if it suits them. You will get great benefit either way – the choice is yours.

Within each session Mary will present and discuss key concepts, Bryan will model the skill in a coaching demonstration, and then you will apply the skills with other participants, coaching and being coached. It is very practical, hands-on and experiential.

Can I raise my real world issues and challenges during the program?

Absolutely! The program is designed to draw out and deal with the real challenges you face. Both Bryan and Mary love hearing and exploring your challenges and suggesting solutions to your real world issues.

There are also multiple opportunities to receive one-on-one coaching from Bryan in the group sessions as part of the program.
