Mary Duckett and Bryan O'Connor began working together in 1990. Our first offices overlooked these botanic garden gates in Macquarie Street Sydney.

From the beginning our vision has been to work collaboratively with our clients to make a difference in the world.

Bryan O'Connor directs our leadership coaching practice. 

He combines a deep focus on high performance and results with a commitment to light touch leadership that empowers people to make a difference.

Bryan is an extraordinarily compassionate and impactful coach. He is a triple certified Trainer and Master Practitioner in Hypnosis, NLP and Time Line Therapy. Bryan operates at both the conscious and sub-conscious levels to support transformational change. 

He has a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, a Master of Business Law from Sydney University Law School, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Coaching from the University of Wollongong, with a High Distinction average.

Bryan also directs AI Services at DGR. Leveraging the latest AI technologies, he has created a range of cutting-edge online tools and techniques to deliver consultancy projects, capacity building programs, and coaching sessions. Our participants provide extraordinary positive feedback about the exceptional experience.

Mary Duckett leads our transformative projects for clients, and our suite of six public capability building programs.

She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of NSW, a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Coaching from the University of Wollongong.

An outstanding communicator and negotiator, Mary has worked at the highest levels to assist organisations implement changes and improve performance using participative, consultative processes. She has extraordinary group facilitation skills that enable organisations to create a passion and commitment to change.
