Mary Duckett and Bryan O'Connor began working together in 1990. Our first offices overlooked these botanic garden gates in Macquarie Street Sydney.

Bryan O'Connor directs our leadership coaching practice. He combines a deep focus on high performance and results with a commitment to light touch leadership that empowers people to make a difference.
He has a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, a Master of Business Law from Sydney University Law School, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Coaching from the University of Wollongong, with a High Distinction average.
He is also a triple certified Trainer and Master Practitioner in Hypnosis, NLP and Time Line Therapy. As a coach Bryan operates at both the conscious and unconscious levels to support transformational change. He is an extraordinarily compassionate and impactful coach.
