Yes. You must successfully complete DGR's Speed Coaching or Coaching for Change programs before starting Coaching Mastery.

What if I can't attend a session?
You can access our online tools and resources area including readings, presentations of the key concepts and the slides used, a handout of the slides so you can take notes, and a copy of any tools we advocate using.
Will I be able to apply this to my actual work situation?
Yes absolutely! We encourage you to apply the learning each week to your own context. We'd love you to bring back to the group your progress and talk through any issues.
Can I raise my real world challenges and issues during the program?
Absolutely! The program is designed to draw out and deal with the real challenges you face. Mary and Bryan love hearing and exploring your challenges and suggesting solutions to your real world issues.
